Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through instantprivatejet.com, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Controller: Benjamin Dembilio, self-employed individual
- Tax ID (NIF): 53221700E
- Address: Carrer Corts Valencianes, 17 – Bajo, 12540 Vila-real, Castellón, Spain
- Email: fly@instantprivatejet.com
2. What data we collect
Quote and contact forms. When you send us a request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the details of your trip (airports, dates, number of passengers, type of aircraft, purpose of the trip) and any message you write. For cargo requests we also receive your company name and details of the shipment, such as weight, dimensions and whether it includes dangerous goods.
Medical transport requests. The Air Ambulance and Medical Repatriation form asks about your relationship to the patient, the patient’s location and destination, mobility needs, whether a medical escort is needed and insurance or policy details. This information relates to health and is treated as sensitive data. Please share only what is needed to plan the transport, and do not send medical records through the form.
Search tool. When you use our search, the route, dates and number of passengers you enter are used to show you estimated prices and are passed to our booking partner, currently Villiers (villiers.ai), when you continue to its website.
Technical data and cookies. Our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. For the cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and pass it to the right partner (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To process health-related information you send us for a medical transport request (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To use non-essential cookies, only if you accept them (Article 6(1)(a): consent).
We do not make decisions about you by purely automated means.
4. Who we share your data with
- Partners who answer your request. Depending on what you ask, this may be our booking partner (Villiers (villiers.ai)) or other charter brokers, operators, cargo carriers or medical transport providers. We share only what they need to reply to you. Health-related details are shared only with the provider needed to organize the transport and only with your consent.
- Service providers. Hostinger hosts this website (servers in France) and provides our email service, so it processes the data in our contact forms and emails on our behalf.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Once your request reaches a partner, that company handles your data under its own privacy policy. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how we earn money from these referrals. We do not sell your data for money.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some partners, operators and providers are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United Kingdom or the United States. When your data is transferred there, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, where this is required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep requests sent through our forms for 24 months from our last contact with you, and then delete them. We may keep some data longer if the law requires it or to deal with a claim. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to fly@instantprivatejet.com. We may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your own country.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us payment card details or medical records.
9. Children
This website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Notice for US residents
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example in California) may give you the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. At the date of this notice we do not run advertising cookies on this website. When you ask us to pass your request to a partner, we share your information with that partner to answer you. You can write to fly@instantprivatejet.com to exercise any of these rights, and we will not treat you worse for doing so.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, for example by adding analytics or a chat assistant, we will update this page and the date at the top.
