1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of instantprivatejet.com. By using the website you accept them. The owner of the website is identified in our Legal Notice. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

2. What we do, and what we don’t

We provide information about private aircraft, estimates of trip costs and a way to reach charter providers. We do not own or operate aircraft, we are not an air carrier and we do not issue charter contracts. Flights, cargo transport and medical transport are arranged, quoted and carried out by third-party brokers and operators. If you continue to a booking page on Villiers (villiers.ai), or we pass your request to a partner, your contract is with that company and its own terms apply. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for how it is performed.

3. Prices and information are estimates

Prices, flight times, distances and aircraft specifications shown on this website are indicative estimates. They are not quotes or offers, and actual prices can be higher or lower depending on availability, positioning, fuel, taxes, fees and the operator. The final price and conditions are the ones the operator or broker gives you before you book. Any empty-leg offers shown are examples, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information in your requests.
• You are responsible for travel documents, visas, customs, import and export rules and any permits for your trip or shipment.
• For cargo, you must declare dangerous goods and any special handling needs truthfully.
• You must not misuse the website, send false requests or try to interfere with its operation.

5. Medical transport requests

We only help arrange planned, non-emergency medical transport for patients whose condition has been assessed as stable for travel. We are not a medical provider and we do not handle emergencies. If you or someone with you needs immediate medical attention, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 112 in Europe) or contact a dedicated emergency air ambulance provider. Medical care and equipment on board are supplied by licensed providers, not by us.

6. Links to other websites

This website contains links to third-party websites, including our booking partner. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and logo of this website belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Manufacturer and aircraft names identify the aircraft only, and their owners keep all rights.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website, from decisions based on its content, or from the acts or omissions of the brokers, operators, carriers and other third parties you deal with through it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Changes to the website and these terms

We may change, suspend or remove parts of the website, and update these terms, at any time. The version published here on the date you use the website is the one that applies.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, please write to fly@instantprivatejet.com first and we will try to solve it. If we cannot, the courts of Vila-real (Castellón, Spain) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
